Today, the Panamanian company Oil America, Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the U.S. company Global Service Group USA, LLC
The spirit of this partnership is to combine the efforts and resources of each party in order to achieve the shaping of future strategic business agreements, which has as its foundation the subsequent signing of agreements to do business with the state oil company PETROLEOS DE VENEZUELA (PDVSA), for the transfer, development and marketing of the final products obtained by Oil America due to its business relationship with PDVSA.
